15. Referral program

15.1 How it works. SublimeFeet offers a referral program allowing any registered creator (the "Referrer") to invite a new creator (the "Referee") to join the platform. When the Referee makes their first sale on SublimeFeet following a sign-up through a valid referral link, that sale is fully exempt from commission, and the Referrer is credited $10 to be deducted from future commissions. This credit can accumulate without limit on amount or number of referred creators.

15.2 Conditions of validity. Eligibility for the referral program is conditional on a genuine sale being made to an authentic third-party buyer, in the normal course of using the platform. Any sale carried out under conditions intended to circumvent the purpose of the program (in particular self-purchases, fictitious sales, creating multiple accounts for the same person, or using third-party accounts with or without their consent in order to artificially generate a credit) is considered fraudulent.

15.3 Right to verify and sanction. SublimeFeet reserves the right, at any time, to verify the legitimacy of sales that triggered a referral credit. In the event of proven or suspected fraud, SublimeFeet reserves the right, without notice, to: cancel any referral credit obtained fraudulently; suspend or close the accounts concerned (Referrer and/or Referee); withhold or claim repayment of any amounts wrongly received.

15.4 Changes to the program. SublimeFeet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time, in particular in the event of large-scale abuse. Credits already earned before any change remain valid, except in the event of proven fraud.
